How long does it take to integrate DoqSeal?+
Most teams ship a working integration within 2 hours. The API is REST-based, returns typed JSON, and our official SDKs (Python, Node, Go, Java) handle authentication and retries for you.
Do I need to train a model on my documents?+
No. DoqSeal ships with pre-trained models for 40+ document types common in India — invoices, KYC documents, land records, prescriptions, marksheets, contracts, and more. Custom schemas are configured via JSON, not training.
Is there a free tier?+
Yes. Every account gets 500 pages free per month, no credit card required. Beyond that, pay-as-you-go starts at ₹0.40 per page.
Languages & accuracy
Which Indian languages are supported?+
Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, and Urdu — both printed and handwritten. We add a new script roughly every quarter based on customer demand.
What accuracy can I expect on handwritten documents?+
Field-level accuracy on handwritten Indian documents averages 96–98% for printed text and 88–94% for handwritten, depending on script and document quality. Per-field confidence scores are returned with every extraction so you can route low-confidence items to human review.
Can DoqSeal handle mixed-language documents?+
Yes. A single page can contain Hindi, English, and a regional script — DoqSeal will detect and extract each correctly without configuration.
Security & compliance
Where is my data stored?+
All data is stored in AWS India regions: ap-south-1 (Mumbai) primary, ap-south-2 (Hyderabad) for disaster recovery. Data never leaves Indian sovereign territory.
Is DoqSeal compliant with the DPDP Act?+
Yes. DoqSeal was designed after the DPDP Act passed and meets all Section 11 requirements: consent receipts, data principal rights, grievance officer, and India-only residency. We publish a quarterly compliance attestation.
Can I deploy DoqSeal on-premises?+
Yes. DoqSeal Vault Edition deploys as a Kubernetes operator inside your data centre, including air-gapped State Data Centres. Pricing is annual; contact sales.
Do you train your models on my data?+
No, never — unless you explicitly opt in via a written addendum. Our base models are trained on our proprietary licensed corpus.
Pricing & billing
How is pricing calculated?+
Pay-as-you-go is ₹0.40 per page extracted. A page is defined as a single side of a document. PDFs with multiple pages are counted per page. Annual commits start at 250,000 pages with significant discounts.
Do you offer non-profit pricing?+
Yes. Registered NGOs receive 60% off list pricing, and cultural-heritage projects (museums, archives, universities) processing pre-1947 documents receive free processing.
What payment methods do you accept?+
INR via NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI for monthly pay-as-you-go. Annual contracts are invoiced for NET-30 bank transfer. We do not currently accept credit cards for invoiced billing.

What systems do you integrate with?+
Native connectors for Salesforce, HubSpot, Tally, SAP, Zoho, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, plus webhook delivery to any HTTP endpoint and direct database writes for Postgres, MySQL, and MongoDB.
Does DoqSeal work with my custom ERP?+
Yes. The REST API + webhooks combination means any system that can receive HTTP requests can integrate. We've worked with home-grown ERPs at hundreds of mid-market Indian companies.
